Ari Malan Property Developers: (Durbanville Development Council)
The above company approached us in 2003 to rezone a property for commercial purposes which have an existing heritage building. The application was duly approved by the Town planning heritage, and we are presently in the process of designing the new building which will consist of 6 units.Completed 85 unit residential developments in Langebaan-West coast.
Minty Build Propery Developers
We have completed several development projects for the above company and are already planning the next phase for 2010 - 2011.
Master decks
In 2005 we held the sole contract from the above company to design and approve all their projects by building control. We completed approximately 65 buildings plans in Heritage areas such as Simonstown, Newlands and Claremont. Unfortunately, we had to terminate this contract as we then ad to relocate our offices to my office in the Northern Suburbs of the Western Cape.
Frecno Trust: (Property Developers and Consultants)
We have completed a pilot project for the above company on the picturesque mountain range in Piketberg. After consulting with environment services as well as the local municipality, our first house was built and proved to be a major success. Frecno Trust is in the process of subdividing properties for future development.

Public Works
Completed 289 RDP residential units in Mfuleni (Bantu-Bonke Project) .In the process of completing another 300 RDP residential units in Phillipi (Vukani Housing) for the City of Cape Town.
Rainbow Housing
Completed 64 unit gap housing development for Rainbow Housing in Kuilsriver (Highbury Park), 32 upmarket residential dwellings in Vredelust (Kuilsriver) and 44 group housing units in Brackenfell, Cape Town.
